IURIS-PUB-2026-10-08-B

Version 1. This version takes effect when it is first published. Operator: Services Technologiques Iuris inc., the operating name of 9571-7138 Québec inc. Address: 713, boulevard Saint-Joseph, Roberval (Québec) G8H 2L3, Canada. Contact: admin@iuris.ca. Phone: +1 418 276-9848.

1 Purpose of the websites

These terms apply to visits to iuris.ca and codecriminel.app where those websites refer to them. These websites present the Company and its products. Use of the Iuris Codex application and services is governed by their separate terms. The privacy policy explains how personal information is handled; reading it does not constitute consent to all optional processing.

2 Information and links

The websites’ legal or explanatory content is general information. It is neither an official version of the texts nor advice tailored to your case. In the event of a discrepancy, the text of the applicable official source is authoritative. Visiting the website, joining a mailing list or contacting support does not, in itself, create a professional mandate or a lawyer-client relationship. Check official sources and relevant dates before making a decision.

Links to external services allow you to visit them under their own terms. Their operators are responsible for their content, availability and privacy practices. The presence of a link does not mean that all information found there is endorsed.

3 Content and reasonable use

The Company or its licensors hold the applicable rights in the websites’ software, presentation, trademarks and original contributions. This statement claims no exclusive rights in legislation or other public texts. The rights and terms specific to each source remain applicable, as do statutory exceptions.

You may visit the websites to learn about the Company and its products. You must not attempt unauthorized access, compromise their security, disrupt their operation or use the forms for abusive submissions. This rule does not prohibit criticism, reporting a problem or exercising a right.

4 Sign-up and possible offers

Registration for a launch announcement is used to send the requested communication; it is not a paid order. A promotion is subject to the terms presented to you with the offer. These terms do not remove a benefit or right already acquired when registering. Communication choices are explained on the form.

5 Operation and applicable rights

The websites may be interrupted for maintenance, corrections or incidents. If published information contains an error, you may report it to us. We verify it and correct it where appropriate. No provision removes a legal warranty, remedy or liability that cannot be excluded.

The laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there govern these terms, subject to the mandatory protections available to you. The competent authorities and courts remain accessible. Changes are identified by a new version and do not retroactively alter a purchase or a right already acquired.
